Hawthorne at Parkside is a pet-friendly community; we love our furry friends! There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 for 1 pet and $500 for 2 pets as well as a $35 monthly pet rent per pet. Maximum of 2 pets per home. Breed restrictions apply.
